I’ve always been very comfortable in the kitchen. Growing up I enjoyed acting as my parent’s sous chef. I was serious about the tasks they put in charge of like setting the table, and making the salads. My dad showed me how to cook by “look and feel”, and my mom always got me involved in baking. Now I find myself constantly experimenting, researching and playing in the kitchen.
I prefer everything to be homemade. My eating style doesn’t fit into categories like vegan, paleo, keto or whatever else is popular right now. I believe that as long as something is made with love I feel good about eating it. So here is a compilation of a few of my favorite experiments.
